Parihaka Day

Here we are with Our Lady, Star of the Sea visiting us in Room 1. We did some amazing weaving on our fish.                                                                                                                                                        
 We decorated our fish.
 We shared activities.
 We played games.
We did puzzles.
Then we went outside for a hangi lunch and an ice block.
What great fun! Kia Ora Mrs Parker and Room 6.

    Nathaniel told me yesterday that the hangi lunch and ice block were delicious! Judging from your photos, it looks like you all had a great time with your new friends, Room 1. Will you be visiting their school soon too?
